Relieve tension, increase flexibility, and enjoy benefits of gentle movement keeping your joints and muscles healthy, guided by certified instructor Helen Heaslip. Movements may include poses that are done lying supported on the floor, some seated and standing, Members are advised to bring yoga mats and to wear comfortable movement clothes. Attitude of Gratitude Yoga

This style of yoga (Vinyasa) works beautifully with first time or returning yogis because it is based on how each student feels that day, focusing on the present moment, believing yoga is a process and a journey, not a destination. The body is the guide, the student is the listener, the attitude non-judgmental and non-competitive.
