DESCRIPTION:The City of Bainbridge Island (COBI) and the Bainbridge Island 
 Metro Park and Recreation District (BIMPRD) are each in the process of dev
 eloping their organizations' Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transit
 ion Plans.  The organizations are identifying barriers to both accessibil
 ity and participation in our services and public facilities across the Isl
