DESCRIPTION:Bainbridge Island Senior/Community Center is among ten Washingt
 on state senior centers chosen for a pilot program to help older adults as
 sess their well-being and identify simple steps they can take to improve t
 heir lives.\n\nJames Firman\, chief innovation officer and founder for Bet
 terAge.net\, will join us to describe the program's goals and early findin
 gs.\n\n\n\n“BetterAge benefits both individuals and organizations\,” a
 ccording to Firman. “It equips senior centers with valuable data to refi
 ne their programs while helping older adults make informed decisions about
  their well-being.”\n\nThe pilot is funded by the Washington State Depar
 tment of Social and Health Services.\n\nBetterAge offers a simple\, confid
 ential health and well-being assessment that takes just 7 to 10 minutes to
  complete. After answering a few questions\, participants receive personal
 ized recommendations tailored to the health areas they care about most. Pa
 rticipants will also be entered into a monthly drawing for a $100 gift car
