DESCRIPTION:\n\nHRB is a community land trust\, conserving and developing 
 land for affordable housing. By imposing income qualifications and regulat
 ing rent and sale prices\, HRB keeps these homes permanently affordable an
 d ensure that they serve the community in perpetuity.\n\nWe'll meet with P
 ublic Policy Specialist Maggie Rich. We'll discuss the city's recently ado
 pted Housing Action Plan\, what it means and doesn't mean\, and how we as 
 engaged citizens can stay engaged to hold our elected officials accountabl
 e for continuing to advance this effort.\n\nWe will also get an update on 
 housing projects that HRB is working on and/or advocating for.\n\n&nbsp\;
