Suyematsu Farm Legacy Alliance

Learn about this organization, dedicated to preserving and enhancing the living legacy and heritage of Akio Suyematsu and his family’s original farm as a community asset for Bainbridge Island.

A big hurdle to full use of the property is the need to restore the Suyematsu farmhouse, which fell into disrepair during the past decade. We’ll get an update on the work to make it habitable as a base of operations for the Alliance.
