A preview of Fish War

Ron Charles (past Chair of Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe) and Josh Bagley (current Vice-Chair of Suquamish Tribe) join us to discuss the film Fish War. This 85-minute documentary describes the successful effort by tribes to affirm their treaty fishing rights and establish them as co-manager of the resource.  Nonetheless, the fate of PNW salmon still hangs in the balance.  Ron and Josh will join us to talk about the state of fisheries in Puget Sound a community showing coming up Sun., June 8, at 6:30 pm. at Lynwood Theater.
