Photos: Chasing the Aurora Borealis
Dorothy and Bob Rosenbladt first saw the aurora borealis in 1980 while on an overnight hike above Cascade Pass in the North Cascades and they’ve been hooked ever since. They’ve chased the elusive lights throughout the Pacific Northwest and north to Alaska and also to Yellowknife in the Northwest Territory.
The images will be on display at the Center from Oct. 1-31. We’ll talk to them about their experiences and they’ll share stories of their encounters with the magical lights.
