Stamped Book Discussion

Join our continuing discussion on the book “Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You.” We’ll discuss media portrayals of Black Americans including “Birth of a Nation,” “Tarzan of the Apes.” We’ll also talk about the civil rights legislation, court cases, and Martin Luther King Jr.’s protests – and the pushback from many White people. Plus, as we’ve done in this series, we’ll bring the story forward to today.
