Climate Outreach for Business

Climate Solutions has launched a new project to work directly with businesses in our state and Oregon on climate change. This new program works with businesses that want to do more to address climate and need support to do it. The group recently conducted a Fleet Decarbonization Accelerator to help connect businesses with programs that would help them create plans to transition their fleets to clean energy–from big corporations to businesses with a single food truck!

Emily Pinckney from Climate Solutions will join us. Also on hand will be Mike Kelly, who facilitates the Citizens Climate Group on Bainbridge … he’ll talk about some of the strides we’re making on the island and help connect you with local resources.
