Affordable Senior Housing

The City of Poulsbo is about a month away from opening its first affordable housing project—the 8 unit “Nordic Cottages” in downtown Poulsbo that will house low-income seniors and adults with disabilities.

Kimberly Hendrickson, the director of Housing, Health and Human Services for the City of Poulsbo will update us on the project and then we will be joined by Phedra Elliott, the executive director of Housing Resources Bainbridge, to more broadly discuss the housing needs of low-income seniors in our area.
