Move night at the Senior/Community Center

Hometown filmmaker Taylor Guterson’s drama about sacrifice, loyalty and kindness features local islanders Bob Burkholder, Britt Crosley and Dave VanderWal (and maybe you?!). Free popcorn. In the Dining Room. Please use the Waterfront Thrift entrance. Britt, featured above right,  will be in attendance!

While not the same characters as his film “Old Goats” and a completely different story line, many of the same “actors” are in it, including friends Bob Burkholder and Britt Crosley. “Burkholder” was completed just before Bob died and it is a wonderful tribute to his amazing presence that we continue to miss so much. Britt will be present at the showing to discuss the film, and we also will see a short “mockumentary” that Tyler created for a film festival that has Bob as the “director” of a film that stars Britt, a handyman who has an affair and plots to kill the woman’s husband. They get in huge battles on the film set – funny stuff!
