Community Heat Pump Program

Learn about a pilot program that the City is launching to assist homeowners on Bainbridge Island with a lower-carbon, lower cost, higher efficiency system for heating and cooling in their homes. It’s a heat pump program, partnering with Kicking Gas, a project of For The People.  This project provides subsidies (up to $10,000) for income qualifying homeowners on Bainbridge Island.

In order to participate, folks need to attend a workshop and complete a survey so that Kicking Gas can begin the assessment process.  More information is here:
