New coffee cup rules .. and more

We check in with city staff members Autumn Salamack and Hannah Ljunngren, who are charged with implementing the Bainbridge Island Disposable Food Service Ware and Waste Reduction ordinance, to get the low-down on the new requirements outlawing disposal plastic cutlery, adding a $.25 charge to disposable cups, and limiting single-use personal care products in hotels, motels, and B&Bs.
