Day to Night or Turn the Lights Off

Norm recently came across a technique of turning a photo taken during the day into a nighttime photo. He calls this “Day to Night” or “Turning The Lights Off”. Quite often this has the “feel” of being artistic rather than an actual nighttime photo. It is a simple technique (but it may be a little time consuming). He’ll share with us the before-and-after images which have been on display in the Senior/Community Center lobby in September.
