ACCESS Service provides door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation to the elderly and disabled who are unable to use the fixed-route transit system. They provide service to any destination within Kitsap County.

Before using ACCESS bus service, you must first complete an Access Application (PDF).

The Dispute Resolution Center of Kitsap County is a nonprofit organization that provides mediation and education to help individuals, families, and organizations resolve conflict.

Do you want to have library services come to your home? If you are primarily home-bound, live in a continuous care facility, or are temporarily bedridden or recuperating from an illness, you are eligible to receive at-home library service.
