Checking in with Housing Resources Bainbridge

HRB is a community land trust, conserving and developing land for affordable housing. By imposing income qualifications and regulating rent and sale prices, HRB keeps these homes permanently affordable and ensure that they serve the community in perpetuity.

We’ll meet with Public Policy Specialist Maggie Rich. We’ll discuss the city’s recently adopted Housing Action Plan, what it means and doesn’t mean, and how we as engaged citizens can stay engaged to hold our elected officials accountable for continuing to advance this effort.

We will also get an update on housing projects that HRB is working on and/or advocating for.
